Memory Bears can be made from many types of fabric. Some of the best materials include:

Recommended: Fabric should be clean and in reasonably good condition. Materials that are extremely thin, heavily worn, stretchy, damaged, or fragile may require additional consideration before they can be used.

How Much Fabric Do I Need?

Each 12″ bear requires approximately the fabric equivalent of an XL men’s button-down shirt.

If you are unsure whether you have enough material, it’s better to send extra. I will carefully select the portions that are best suited for creating your bear.

A Heart Made From Your Fabric ❤️

As a special part of your keepsake, I create a small heart from the fabric you provide and place it inside the bear.

The remaining usable fabric is also placed inside the bear, helping preserve as much of your cherished material as possible and keeping the fabric together as part of the finished keepsake.

This means your bear doesn’t just display a piece of the clothing—it holds the remaining fabric safely inside as part of the memory.

• Creation Time: Please allow 12–14 business days for creation and shipping after I receive your fabric.
• Care Instructions: Spot clean only to help preserve the shape, fabric, and integrity of your bear.
• Smoke-Free Home: All bears are made in a smoke-free environment.
• Display Keepsake: This bear is a keepsake and is not intended to be used as a toy.

How to Send Your Fabric

After your order is placed, you will receive an email with instructions and the shipping address for sending your materials.

Please follow these steps:

1. Gather your materials.
Choose the clothing or fabric you would like incorporated into your bear. Please send enough material for the size of bear you selected.

2. Make sure the fabric is clean.
Please wash and completely dry clothing or fabric before sending it. Do not send wet or damp materials.

3. Package your materials securely.
Place your fabric in a secure shipping bag or box. If sending multiple items, you may wish to label them or include a note identifying any particular item you want prioritized.

4. Ship your materials to the address provided after purchase.
The shipping address for your fabric will be provided by email after your order is received.

5. Keep your tracking information.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. Please keep your receipt and tracking number until I confirm that your materials have arrived.

Important Shipping Notice

Customers are responsible for shipping their fabric/materials to me.

Please package your items carefully. Once your materials are shipped, you are responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to me. I am not responsible for clothing or fabric that is lost or damaged while being shipped to my location.

By sending your clothing or materials, you give permission for them to be cut and used to create your Custom Memory Bear. Please understand that the original clothing or fabric will be altered during the creation process and cannot be returned in its original form.
